High House is situated in Seathwaite, at the head of the popular valley of Borrowdale in the English Lake District. It is a converted stone built 16/17C farmhouse in its own grounds, with car access and parking.

About the event
The Penstar Bunkhouse was converted from an old barn during the summer of 1996 by the Powell family who have had the farm since 1918. On a working farm the site provides access directly to the Brecon Beacons and to Brecon via the Taff Trail, a recently established long distance walk route. The Bunkhouse is a self-catering facility.
